If you are a real estate agent and you only need an accessory staging for your listing, but you don’t have an inventory or the time to build one, I can help by offering a three month accessory rental package.

For the reasonable price of $599 (plus tax) I’ll come to your house, and provide all the items to stage the entry, kitchen, master bathroom, powder room, and fireplace mantels of the living room and family room.

This offer includes my personal visit to the property (I take pictures in order to establish a staging plan), the project management, staging, de-staging and three month accessory rental.

This package is applicable to vacant homes only and is available to real estate agents only. It is not prorated if the accessories are removed before the end of the three months.

Fees:

$599 (plus tax) for the first three months, $150 for each additional month.
